Eklingji

Ek means 'one? while ling means 'lingam or the life-giving a phallic symbol of Lord Shiva'. The Eklingji Temple, one of the popular pilgrimages of Rajasthan is located at a distance of 22 km away from Udaipur. It was initially built by the then King of Udaipur Bappa Rawal, on the side of 72 rooms Jain temple which housed a four-faced statue of Adinath, the first Jain Saint. It stands with the great historic significance dedicated to Lord Eklingji, the benefactor deity of the Mewar clan.

Nagda

Temples can be found at almost every corner of Nagda. The city is dotted with temples, not just the old and crumbling structures that add to the charm of the city, but also newer temples that have been built fairly recently by industrialists who have set up factories and plants here such as the Birla Mandir.

Shrinathji Temple

Nathdwara is a city in Rajasthan state of western India. It is located in the Aravalli hills, on the banks of the Banas River in Rajsamand District, and 48km north of Udaipur. This holy town is famous for its temple of Krishna which houses the Shrinathji, a 12th century "infant" incarnation idol (murti) of Krishna.

Haldi Ghati

Haldighati is a mountain pass between Khamnore and Bagicha village situated at Aravalli Range of Rajasthan in western India which connects Rajsamand and Pali districts. The pass is located at a distance of 40 kilometres from Udaipur. The name 'Haldighati' is believed to have originated from the turmeric-coloured yellow soil of the area. (Turmeric is haldi in Hindi).
